Fees

     Please note that I no longer perform mediations in my office.  

     The fee is $395 per hour.  The minimum fees are as follows:

          * All counties: Three (3) hours, if by Zoom

          * Broward County: Four (4) hours per day, plus travel at ½ hourly rate.

          * Miami-Dade County: Five (5) hours per day, plus travel at ½ hourly rate.

          * Palm Beach County: Five (5) hours per day, plus travel at ½ hourly rate.

          * All other counties: Five (5) hours per day, plus travel at full rate. 

Cancellation

     Non-refundable costs, such as airline tickets, etc., are always the responsibility of the parties. Unless cancelled in writing at least four (4) business days prior to the scheduled mediation or arbitration date, the minimum fee shall be deemed due and owing.
