Fees

   Mr. Sachs' fee is $395 per hour, including preparation.  There is a two (2) hour minimum fee for Zoom services.  Mr. Sachs does not charge for travel to Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County.  The minimum fee for in-person services in Broward County is three (3) hours, for Miami-Dade County four (4) hours, and for Palm Beach County five (5) hours.  Minimum fees for other counties are available upon request. Travel costs, such as plane tickets, hotels, parking, and tolls are billed at actual cost.    

   The minimum fee shall be deemed due and owing if the mediation or arbitration is not cancelled in writing at least four (4) business days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Non-refundable costs, such as airline tickets, etc., will still be billed.
